JW Pearce Joinery Manufacturers specialises in purpose made timber products such as high-performance windows, wooden doors and handmade kitchens. Our joiners usually work with Mahogany, Cherry, Maple and Oak. Though we favour the use of hardwoods, we also work in softwoods and sheet materials for joinery items which require staining or painting. We also use Accoya which we are accredited users of.
High Performance Windows
Improvements in production technology, combined with time-proven joinery skills enables us to design and fabricate high performance wooden windows for all types of properties. Low conductance materials are used to help minimise heat loss, complete with insulated frames and “spacers” used between glazing panels.
We can design, manufacture and supply high performance windows in storm-proof and flush styles. These windows are fitted with Espagnolette locks and can be supplied fully finished. U-value certificates can also be provided.
Traditional, Made To Measure Windows
If your property is listed or you have a certain style of window already, this is not a problem. We can manufacture windows to any size and specification, which can be supplied with a spray finish.
Bespoke Kitchens
We manufacture bespoke, handmade in-frame kitchens. We can paint spray or stain to any colour you wish. As our kitchens are all handmade, we are not restricted to modular sizes. This means we can make the best use of the space available, particularly helpful in period properties or those properties with “a little more character”.
Made To Measure Timber Doors - Internal & External
We can manufacture wooden doors in a variety of styles. Our wooden doors can be fitted with a 3-point locking system on single doors, and a 5-point locking system on double doors. We can also manufacture stable doors and bi-folding doors to any design on multipoint locking systems.
All of our timber doors and windows are made to fit “existing” and “new” openings. When carrying out work on listed buildings and barn conversions, our joiners can match profiles on a “like for like” basis, with any additional extensions designed to be “in keeping” with the property’s appearance.
